How many of each piece of jewellery do you have in stock?
We pride ourselves on the fact that each piece is unique and individually crafted. We do not mass produce; our designers select the stones and beads used in each item to ensure that every one is a beautiful, high quality, handmade creation. However, we do not wish to disappoint - if a piece has been sold and you would like to commission a similar design or to discuss a custom order, please email info@ikatching.com and one of our designers will contact you.
How do I take care of my iKatching Creation?
We advise using a special polishing cloth to clean your handcrafted item and maintain its quality. We do not advise that any of our products are put in contact with water; some natural stones and metals are easily corroded and at the very least you will undermine the quality of your iKatching Creation.
How often do iKatching create new designs for their collection?
Every two weeks new designs are added to our collection, as soon as they are ready they are displayed on our site. To keep up to date, why not register for our newsletter?
