We accept all major credit cards through PayPal or cheques.

All payments are made using PayPal's secure servers, so you can be sure your personal details are safe. It is quick and easy to use. You do not have to be an account holder to pay by credit card but you will be given the option to register with PayPal. We also accept personal cheques in UK Pounds, the cheque will need to clear our bank account before despatch. For more information about payment methods please email info@ikatching.com.
Delivery
If the order is for a UK address, delivery will be made within 5 working days from the date of order. If we can deliver your iKatching Creation faster, we will. For deliveries outside the UK please allow 10 working days. We despatch all our products by 1st class post to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible and in good condition.
Shipping and handling costs are added to your order on checkout at a standard price of £2.99 for goods shipped in the UK, European Union and the US. Elsewhere in the world, please email info@ikatching.com for a cost.
Returns Policy
To receive a full refund - All products offered by iKatching Creations are protected by a 14 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery at your own cost for:
* A full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.
* A product exchange
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, "New and unused" means that there are no signs of wear on the product, and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Please email returns@ikatching.com before returning the package so that we can provide you with the return shipping address.
Any returns must be sent back by a secure delivery which include proof of posting this will then insure the delivery in case the package is lost in transit.
